Have you ever entered your own or someone else’s house and suddenly started sneezing? Vacuum and Dust Regularly
To prevent dust and other dangerous particles from filling our air vacuum and dust at least once a week, especially if you have pets. Use doormats in front of every entry to your house – this will significantly reduce dust and other harmful particles in your home. Also, ask your visitors and family members to take off their shoes before entering the house.

Air conditioners are essential in your battle against unbearable heat, but if not maintained and cleaned on a regular basis they can become your biggest nightmare when it comes to quality of air. What you can do is wash the filter(s) according to manufacturer’s recommendation, AND once a year before the cooling season begins, call for professional maintenance and detailed cleaning. This way, mold and dust will be removed from the air conditioner, and the air in your home will be much cleaner.
Open Your Windows Regularly
Even (or especially) if you use an air conditioner once a day turn it off and open the window. That way, stale air with all mold spores, viruses, and bacteria will be replaced with fresh air.
Use kitchen range hood when you cook, and the exhaust fan after your shower. This removes excess humidity that can cause mold growth.
