Air-rite Solutions have had the pleasure of installing the HVAC system in the new senior learning centre at Caboolture State High School. This new multi-storey building was constructed by Bryant Building Contractors and combines multiple teaching facilities into a state-of-the-art multi-purpose hub for learning.
The new senior learning centre includes facilities that will inspire and engage both teachers and students. They include:
- A new catering kitchen
- Food-theory and café classrooms
- Two new science labs
- Three new design studios
- Breakout areas
- General learning areas
- Flexible learning areas
- Staff planning area
- And more
The team at Air-rite were contacted to design and install the HVAC system for this all of these new learning spaces.
Our services included the installation of:
- VRF systems
- Outside air systems
- DETE controls
- Toilet ventilation
- Fume cupboards
- Mechanical electrical switchboards
- Compressed air
