Air-Rite had the privilege of installing the HVAC systems throughout Rosewood Library.
Rosewood Library is a recently constructed building that offers the residents of Rosewood the opportunity to immerse themselves within a space of learning and leisure. The library houses an impressive fiction and non-fiction collection, PCs with high-speed internet, free Wifi, and amenities for visitors of all ages.
Any visitors to the Rosewood Library can now enjoy reading, relaxing and learning in comfort.
Built by IQ Construct for the Ipswich City Council, Air-rite was brought onto the project to help install the HVAC systems throughout the building. These services included:
- VRF Systems
- DX Systems
- Outside Air Systems
- Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs)
- Mechanical Electrical Switchboards
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Toilet Ventilation
